Internal Container Wash
INTERNAL/EXTERNAL RUBBISH CONTAINER WASH MACHINE
Lotus designed an Internal and External Wash Plant for specialised commercial rubbish containers being used in large quantities to transport waste from collection transfer stations to land fill sites.
With the quantity of these containers being used on a daily basis it is not feasible to allow the time or additional number of containers that would be required to manually clean each container on a daily basis.
With the Lotus double ended machine containers can be given a basic wash both inside and out in less than 5 minutes where even a basic clean manually takes more than 15 minutes.
Water recirculation – Approx. 85% of the water used in the wash process is collected for reuse with minimal losses of water taken away on the container. The water is treated through mechanical filtration and a bacterial treatment plant to bring the water back to a high standard potable water for reuse through the system.
